Your Framing Is Key

This week’s Facilitator Tips episode explores the value and importance of preparing your group to step outside their Comfort Zones. In other words, framing is key if you want to set up your group for success.

In my latest book Serious Fun, I describe this process in the second of four steps that help leaders create remarkably fun programs that make a difference. The Prime step is a unique approach which acknowledges that people are comfort-seeking machines and need to be positively influenced to step into their Stretch Zones.
