Stop an Activity Before it Wanes

This week’s Facilitator Tips episode explores what is involved in the judgement call to choose to stop an activity before it wanes.

That is, if you wait too long, the energy of your group may begin to fall, or if you conclude too early you may have an angry group on your hands. Ideally, you want to look for that ‘Goldilocks’ moment when the time is ‘just right’ to move on.
