There are two possible reasons why you have been locked out and can’t login to your playmeo account:
You forgot your login credentials – our login system will permit only two consecutive login attempts before it locks you out (it’s a security thing) – you may have to wait up to 60 minutes before your next attempt. If you are unsure of your password and wish to avoid this inconvenience, we strongly recommend that you reset your password by clicking this link; or
Another user has already logged in to your account – all memberships permit only one user to be actively logged into an account at any one time. If more than one person (in your group) requires access to playmeo’s premium resources at the same time, please consider joining one of our multi-user Enterprise plans.
If all else fails, contact us, and we’ll send help.
