This reminds me of Stop and Go. Could potentially do a couple of introductory rounds with the Push meaning Push etc and the switching the meanings in the same manner.
Another option could be to introduce a one life option. Everyone uses both hands to start with. If they are eliminated once, they have one more chance to catch or push with ball but this time only with one hand.
Last one to remain with two hands could be the winner, therefore keeping the game going with everyone without an elimination component to it if you needed that in your program.
