I have seen this run and it is a great activity. Thinking that being building blocks, potentially using combining the activity with debriefs. If participants could choose specific blocks so they can create words to carry from one side of a room to another or do the challenges as normal, that could be pretty cool.
Eg using words like talk, listen, create, support, challenge, communicate
And starting with short words and making them longer might be a cool way to begin conversations on teamwork etc..
Could also be they have to find words first then carry it in block bridge fashion and create a crossword puzzle like structure on the ground. Could be cool
