Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Form pairs.
  2. Standing side by side with their partner, hold hands.
  3. When ready, each person aims to touch the back of their partner’s hand against their own hip as many times as possible.
  4. Stop the activity after 10 to 15 seconds has elapsed.
  5. If useful, survey individual scores, and invite your group to reflect on the range of results.
