This interactive energiser activity transforms ordinary movement into an engaging spatial awareness challenge. Fill The Space creates a playful atmosphere as participants navigate silently while secretly following others. The fun group energiser requires no equipment and works well in any large open area. Perfect for workshops, training sessions or classroom settings, this active energiser increases alertness and brings focus to group dynamics.

Fill The Space – Interactive Energiser Activity
  1. Ask your group to spread evenly throughout a large, open area.
  2. Invite everyone to walk aimlessly and silently about the area.
  3. Loudly announce that you would like everyone to secretly identify one other person who is presently situated on the other side of the area.
  4. Each person aims to follow behind this ‘secret’ person as closely as possible, without being noticed.
  5. After 10 to 20 seconds, ask the group to resume their aimless mingling.
  6. Repeat the process with a new secret admirer, and/or introduce a variation.
